I have represented my clients in all aspects of real estate. My client portfolio includes military and civilian families, first time home buyers and sellers, new home sales, short sales, foreclosures, divorce sales, estate sales.  I also, represent investors with both purchases and sales, along with previously managing their properties. I am very knowledgeable of the NVAR Sales Contract and the Lease-VRLTA, as well, on how they are enforced. I have taught contract classes for agents several times in my career. I continue to further my education by attending training courses, some held by real estate attorneys. I strive to stay current with real estate laws, rules and regulations. By doing so, I can protect my client's best interest during the transaction. I stand true to the Realtor code of ethics, with my honesty and strong work values. In 23 years as a full time Realtor and Property Manager for 15 years. I have seen and heard a lot and could tell you some stories. I have personally survived a divorce and sold my own home during the process.
